Sow losing actions. Reap habits of destruction.
Sow habits of destruction. Reap a destiny of failure and misery.
As opposed to:
Sow winning actions. Reap habits of champions.
Sow habits of champions. Reap a destiny of success and happiness.
"How come my marriage life is poor, when I'm a good spouse?"
"How come my children are doing poorly, when I'm a good parent?"
The reason why we end up with poor results is because we put it in good effort. (Huh? Can you say that again?) That if you want a great life, you need to do so much more than just doing good. We must realize that good is never really enough. This where the second natural law comes in. The formula for the Law of Probability looks exactly like this:
Sowing fairly good guarantees that we reap poorly. (Aha! That's why I'm still living a poor life!)
Sowing very good guarantees that we reap fairly good. (Well, at least it's getting better.)
Sowing excellently guarantees that we reap very good. (There you go! Now we know how to live a very good life.)
But do you really want to know the secrets of champions?
Again, it's not only 'what' we sow, but more importantly 'how' we sow.
So if you want to reap and harvest a life of success and happiness, we have to sow not only excellently but to sow excellence consistently.
Meaning, to become champions of life, we need to pursue perfection day in and day out with no exceptions.
