OLPMC is a learning community where students come first and foremost. We know our students very well so we can teach them with the best approach possible. We provide our students with systems for learning so they can design a brighter tomorrow for themselves. We give our students a space for learning where they are free to innovate and become better than who they were yesterday. We are servant-leaders whose passion is to grow. And whose purpose is building a nation of nation-builders --- one child., one community, and one city at a time.

The OLPMC Primary School offers programs, for learners from Grades 1 to 4, that promotes INDEPENDENCE and LOVE FOR LEARNING. The school's program is based on the Montessori principle that the child is the center of the education. The school provides educational approach which values the human spirit and the development of the whole child—physical, social, emotional, and cognitive.

"The education of even a small child, therefore, does not aim at preparing himself for school, but for life."

MARIA MONTESSORI

Purpose Statement

OLPMC is a community of  of  well-rounded leaders in pursuit of  excellence

CORE VALUES

Excel

EXPAND THE HEART

It is said that our heart brings life to our being. This is why the first core value that OLPMC adheres to is expanding the heart of your child. We believe that by infusing the heart of your child with the different positive values and attributes, everything else will follow in terms of their development and growth as a well-rounded individual.

Expand

EXCEL THE MIND

It is then that the natural drive of your child to exceed expectations and standards will then follow. Exceeding the drive of your child is fueling the passion towards self-improvement. At OLPMC, we make sure that your child’s growth and development will be continuous and progressive.

Exceed

EXCEED THE DRIVE

Mastery of one’s self leads to aspiration to learn more about life. The child starts to explore how to understand and make life and the world better. At OLPMC, we encourage and at the same time instill discipline to excel the mind in order to further develop the leader within.

CURRICULUM

OLPMC Primary School strongly believes that every child is special and unique, and learns at his own pace. The school uses an individualized instruction in every learning process to ensure that each learner’s needs is fully addressed.

OLPMC Primary School aims to enhance the 21st century skills of each learners through the different subjects.

Learning skills such as, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration are emphasized in every learning process to help the children become life-long learners.

Literacy skills include the skills needed for reading and writing such as phonemic awareness, vocabulary, reading, and comprehension. This will be part of the students’ learning process, so they could access, maximize, and validate various learning materials in different platforms, that they may cultivate love for reading and learning.

Life skills shall be introduced and practiced, so learners would develop leadership, flexibility, and productivity beginning at an early age.

OLPMC Primary School integrates the teaching of OLPMC Core Values (Expand the Heart, Excel the Mind, and Exceed the Drive) and Dep Ed Core values (Maka-Diyos, Makakalikasan, Makatao, at Makabansa) in its curriculum.
