  • Certificate of Good Moral (for incoming Grade 7 to 10)
  • 1pc. 2x2 ID Picture
  • Report Card (Photocopy - Form 138)
  • Baptismal Certificate (for incoming Grade 3)

What are the steps for Enrollment?

  1. Submit all the requirements for enrollment in the Admissions/Registrar Office
  2. Get the Assessment Form
  3. Pay the School Fees in the Cashier/Accounting Office
