ENROLLMENT PROCESS FLOW FOR NEW STUDENTS
- Consult with School Registrar regarding programs and enrollment via email admissions@olpmc.edu.ph. You may also call the community hotline at (02) 8866 4848 or (0917) 115 1227. Don't forget to ask about our promo offers and sure ways you can save with OLPMC.
- Register your child online via http://bit.ly/registrationolpmc. Submit required documents as instructed in the form. Your access to the Parent Portal will be sent to the email address provided in the registration.
- Receive schedule and instructions for assessment from our Student Development Coach or School Registrar.
- View your child's Assessment of Fees from the Parent Portal or email accounting.info@olpmc.edu.ph in case you are having issues with the portal. Settle the payment online or onsite.
- Receive Admissions Slip and schedule of Family Dialogue and Parents Orientation with the Class Adviser and School Head.
POLICIES
- Assessment of Fees and payment instructions are available in the Parent Portal upon confirmation from the Registrar.
- Official Receipts (OR) for payments made online are available the next working day. ORs are issued after check payments have been cleared.
- Parent/Guardians who will be requesting assessment certification, particularly for loans or insurance purposes, need to reserve the student’s slot first.
- Students who will miss their scheduled interview and assessment will have to make another schedule request to the School Registrar. Walk-ins may not be entertained due to availability of resource personnel.
- The Student Development Coach will conduct the assessment, together with the Class Adviser or School Segment Head.
- The Student Development Coach will discuss the assessment results with Parents/Guardians upon approval of the School Registrar.
- A student is officially enrolled upon completion of registration, assessment and payment.
